The Wireless Communications research group at Queen's has access to an extremely wide range of measurement and simulation facilities. Our most recent addition is a purpose-built reverberation chamber for the measurement of paramters such as antenna efficiency, diversity gain. This chamber (shown on the right) was specifically designed to accommodate 'live' human subjects or full-size phantoms for the measurement of wearable antennas. In addition to the overview given here, further infomation on the RF and measurement measurement facilites at ECIT can be found here.
