Semiconductor device and process modelling. Design for manufacturability. Data encryption and coding. Software engineering & computer architectures. Computer graphics (See WWW pages). Image processing and multimedia systems. Computer Games Software. Display Adapter Technology, Virtual Reality, Direct X and OpenGL graphics systems, Innovative Teaching and Assessment Strategies for Higher Level Engineering Education, C++ Program Design Strategies, Mathematical Simulation of Electrical Machine Behaviour.

Teaching Interests:
Computer Graphics, Microprocessors and personal computer systems, Computer Architecture. C/C++, Assembler and JAVA computer languages. Windows system programming.
